I know many people have asked the same question, and it is told to eject the drive, and look what is says.
Mine says:
- Blu-ray disc
-super multi blue
- dvd multi recorder
Does this mean i can only read/burn Blu-rays, and not duallayers?
Tnx in advance

All DVD drives can read a Dual Layer (DL) disk, and most made within the past few years can burn to them as well. All Blu-ray burners are backwards compatable to all of the DVD formats including DL.
you can, that is why it says DVD multi recorder (records DVDs) and since you can read Blu Ray discs, you can also read DVDs, mit does not matter what type of DVD it is, dual-layer or not, you will only be burning on one face of the DVD and then “eject” and switch to the other side (layer) to continue burning, so yes, your computer can read/burn dual layers
